WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require at least a 24-hour advanced cancellation notice or there will be a late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged for the full session. A courtesy 48-hour reconfirmation email will be sent to you. Please call the Studio to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY PURCHASE?
All purchases are final.
DO MY PURCHASES EXPIRE?
All purchases are valid for 1 year after purchase unless it is an Intro 3-Pack Offer.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes. Gift cards may be purchased at the Studio or online. Our therapies are wonderful gifts to give and receive!
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM AGE TO USE THE SERVICES?
You must be at least 14 years or older to use our services, with a supervising adult 18+ to sign a consent form.
DO YOU PROVIDE CHILDCARE?
We do not. Parents will need to make arrangements for their childcare outside of the Studio.
