The Sauna & Soak Lounge emerged from a personal journey of healing. After facing breast implant illness (BII) and finding relief through infrared sauna therapy, our founder, Laurel Judd, wanted to create a space for others to heal.
Based in Clarksville, TN, and locally and veteran-owned, we are dedicated to wellness and community. Guided by the angel number 11:11, our serene environment encourages guests to focus on their health with therapies designed for lasting results.
We believe true wellness is about balance. Our services—full-spectrum infrared sauna therapy, float therapy, cold plunging, and contrast therapy—support the rejuvenation of the mind and body. Whether you seek pain relief, stress reduction, or a moment of calm, our expert team is here to help. Laurel Judd
Owner of The Sauna Soak Lounge
Laurel Judd's journey into holistic healing began with her passion
for health, dedication to service, and a personal battle with illness.
As the owner of The Sauna & Soak Lounge, her mission is to offer
transformative healing to the community.
From Athlete to Therapist
Laurel played Division 1 tennis at the University of Connecticut and
earned a master’s degree in Sports Administration from the
University of Miami. After working with professional athletes, she
transitioned to mental health, becoming a Licensed Clinical
Professional Counselor and Certified Drug & Alcohol Counselor.
Her work at the Betty Ford Hazelden outpatient clinic
specialized in substance abuse and PTSD, leading her to help
soldiers at Fort Bragg and Fort Campbell. Shortly after moving to
the area, she met her husband, Evan, a Green Beret.
A Personal Battle with Breast Implant Illness (BII)
After giving birth to her daughter in 2017, Laurel faced debilitating
symptoms that led her to discover Breast Implant Illness (BII). Following the removal of her implants in 2019, she found relief
through Infrared Sauna Therapy. Inspired by her healing, she and Evan opened a wellness studio in Clarksville, TN, which leads us here, to The Sauna & Soak Lounge.
A Life of Purpose
Today, Laurel thrives alongside her family—Evan, Scarlett, and their two dogs. They enjoy spending time at home together and have plans to see the world. Through her work, Laurel has created two Clarksville Lounges, that provide the healing of holistic wellness, sharing the essential message that knowledge is power and true wellness is attainable for everyone.

Dawn Swett brings an exceptional level of professionalism,
dedication, and enthusiasm to The Sauna & Soak Lounge.
In 2022, Dawn relocated from Southern California to Tennessee
with her family. After settling in Clarksville, she sought employment at
our studio due to her passion for helping others.
A Personal Journey to Holistic Healing
Dawn's journey toward natural wellness began when she was
diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune disease
that affects the cartilage in every joint of her body around the
clock. Frustrated with the treatment options offered by
Western medicine, she began exploring more holistic
approaches. During her quest for natural wellness, she
discovered infrared sauna therapy. Through regular sauna use
and dietary changes, Dawn has successfully maintained
remission from her autoimmune disease for over 13 years.
A Heart for Helping Others
Dawn’s enthusiasm for helping others discover natural self-healing is genuine. Her strong drive, combined with her exceptional ability to connect with a wide variety of personalities, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the studio and fosters sincere kindness toward our clients.
